Ambassador programme

The Welcome Office Ambassador Programme at Palacký University is designed for current students who are enthusiastic about representing our university. As an ambassador, you will help prospective students learn more about Palacký University and assist current students in integrating into the university environment.

Why Become a Welcome Office Ambassador? 

• You will be gaining experience in the fields such as communication, organisation, or social networking.

• You will be expanding your social capital and meeting new people. 

• You will gain insight into internal functioning and communication within Palacký University. 

• You will improve your presentation skills. 

• You will support your fellow students from the international community at UP. 

• And most importantly, you will have access to biscuits and coffee at Welcome Office events. 

What will you do as an Ambassador?

• As a Welcome Office Ambassador, your primary responsibilities will revolve around assisting and communicating with international students. You'll be an essential part of their journey, helping them navigate their new environment and feel at home. 

• You'll actively participate in various events organized for international students, from cultural festivals to casual meetups.

• You will serve as a representative of the university, contributing positively to its reputation and helping create a welcoming atmosphere for international students.

• Additionally, you will have the opportunity to create engaging content for social media, showcasing the vibrant community and events at Palacký University.
