Peter Daud

Hello! My name is Daud Peter L., and I am from the United Republic of Tanzania. I am in my second year pursuing a Master of Arts in Development Evaluation at Dar es Salaam University College of Education. Additionally, I am studying International Development and Environmental Studies at Palacký University in the Czech Republic as part of the Erasmus Exchange Program.

As a welcome office ambassador at Palacký University, I am enthusiastic about sharing my enriching experiences and contributing to meaningful cultural exchange. This role allows me to connect with students from diverse backgrounds, promoting cross-cultural understanding and personal growth. My goal is to support new students in adapting smoothly to university life, enhancing their overall experience, and helping them integrate successfully.

Through regular interaction with students, staff, and external partners, I continually build essential communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and leadership skills that are valuable across any professional. This position also enables me to broaden my personal and professional network by connecting with university officials, international students, and academic professionals.

Being an ambassador is deeply fulfilling. It allows me to guide students in navigating their academic journey and adjusting to a new environment. The opportunity to positively impact their lives by fostering a supportive and welcoming community gives me a profound sense of purpose and satisfaction.
