Presentation of the ERA Talents grant scheme with the participation of National Contact Point Anna Vosečková (TC Prague) and successful project leaders of APPROACH (ERA Talents) from CATRIN

ERA Talents is a grant scheme within WIDERA, which is part of the Horizon Europe program focused on supporting the development of the scientific and innovation environment in the so-called 'widening countries,' including the Czech Republic.

The goal of ERA Talents is to enhance the skill development of workers in the fields of science, research, and innovation through cross-sectoral international internships, primarily between organizations from non-widening and widening countries.

Following the first call in 2023, ERA Talents is introducing new features that increase its accessibility and clarity. For the Czech academic community, ERA Talents represents a significant opportunity to enhance innovation potential, deepen international cooperation, and professional development through the integration of non-academic and academic sectors.
Anna Vosečková, NCP for WIDERA from the Technology Centre Prague, will introduce specific aspects of this scheme. Representatives from CATRIN UP and the District Chamber of Commerce Olomouc, who are partners in the ERA Talents project named APPROACH, will share their experiences with the implementation and preparation of the project.
