Cílem webináře je seznámit posluchače s vybranou aktuální judikaturou Nejvyššího soudu, popř. Ústavního soudu k různým aspektům společného jmění manželů, a to jak z oblasti hmotného, tak i procesního práva. Každé rozhodnutí bude okomentováno lektorem. Na závěr webináře se počítá s diskusí, resp. zodpovězením otázek ze strany posluchačů.
