It is a weekend for women focused on exploring and establishing personal boundaries through movement, voice work, free painting, and working with text (literature therapy).
Participants will explore how they perceive their body, what it means to them, and how they are aware of and occupy their space in the world. They will have the opportunity to learn several embodiment techniques, how to stand firmly for themselves and how to use the space that belongs to them. Throughout the weekend, we will work with the story of The Very Bad Plant Poor Woman, which will help participants take an even different look at the theme of dodging and finding their power.
The retreat is for any women 18+, the capacity is 25 participants, and comfortable clothes to bring. It will be playful, poetic, creative and kind. The program is provided by three lecturers: doctoral student Marta Sýkorová, psychologist Dorotea Meissner and artist Jaroslava Vitteková.
