We would like to inform UP employees who take advantage of a discounted T-Mobile tariff that the conditions of the employee programme will change from 1 January 2021.
To maintain the benefits of the T-Mobile Benefit employee programme, you may switch to one of the tariffs from the updated offer.
The change must be made during the so-called Transition Period from 1 January 2021 to 31 March 2021 in any T-Mobile branch in the Czech Republic, or also conveniently from home via the T-Mobile Customer Line 800 737 373.
For identification, it is always necessary to state the T-Mobile programme number (also use the login password to access the operator's web portal).
If you don`t make this change of the tariff, you will be charged the price according to the regular T-mobile price list of tariffs and services for customers.
T-Mobile will also inform you via SMS about the need to change the tariff in order to maintain the T-Mobile Benefit.
Information for users of the older version of the employee programme for family members maintained by CellBest s.r.o.:
If an employee is currently using an older version of the family member employee programme maintained at CellBest s.r.o., it is not possible for them to create a new T-Mobile Benefit employee programme at the same time. The use of the new employee programme is only possible if the employee transfers to this new programme all existing telephone numbers from the older / current employee programme, which was previously managed directly by CellBest s.r.o. An employee cannot use both programmes at the same time.
