We are delighted to have been invited to participate in the 7th Erasmus+ International Staff Week, thoughtfully organized by the Division for International Cooperation. The event brought together 27 distinguished representatives, primarily comprising Erasmus+ programme coordinators and international office employees. This diverse group included colleagues from various European and non-European countries, such as Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Spain, Latvia, Finland, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, France, Hungary, Greece, Italy, Ukraine, South Africa, Zambia, Cape Verde, Dominican Republic, Kazakhstan, Bhutan, Israel, and even distant Canada.
Throughout the week, we had the honour of guiding them to some of the most exquisite and significant locations in our city, providing insights into the unique cultural aspects of the Czech Republic. We also collaborated on organizing exciting events, specifically designed to ensure their enjoyable stay in Olomouc. Their engaging program was enriched with captivating lectures, interactive workshops, and entertaining learning games and activities. Witnessing the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and the formation of enduring connections among our international colleagues was a truly rewarding experience.
We take immense pride in contributing to the success of the 7th Erasmus+ International Staff Week and fostering an atmosphere of camaraderie and learning. Our commitment to promoting international cooperation and cultural understanding has been reaffirmed through this enriching event. We look forward to more such opportunities in the future, where we can continue to engage with and learn from our global counterparts.
